as far as i know, civics do not have a coolant bleeder...
however they do have a drain plug as the bottom of the radiator...
unscrew that, drain the fluid, clean the lines out with a garden hose, and then refill
to properly "bleed" the system,
leave the radiator cap off and let the car run for about 15 minutes (until the fans kick in) and also have your heat settings on HOT
