So the only other thing i can think is that its somehow my injectors whetether they crapped out or just need to be cleaned.
yea most likely its your injectors
i always measure pressure by unplugging the stock fpr vacuum and plugging the plenum. helms says: 33-40 with hose off, or like you said 24-31 with vacuum.
