I just did mine today, in fear that I already blew my head gasket (just got done rebuilding this winter, and had a radiator hose blow off while I was stuck in traffic and didn't realize...)
The specs for a d16z6 it says...
Standard 185
minimum 135

After my fresh rebuild, I'm running 160 across the board. Could have something to do with the pistons I used, which are supposedly 0.1 lower in compression...
With 160 on a y7, you're sittin pretty.
