i found the biggest pita was removing the lines that go in front of the radiator under the support. These were a bitch to get out. It would help to undo the upper radiator mount and lean the top of the radiator back towards the motor. Also, the lines that go under the battery are a bitch unless you remove the battery tray.

all in all (including the conderser, compressor, evap core, dryer, fans, bolts, brackets, lines, doodads, thingamajigs) it weighed in at 38lbs.
