i posted this in the Hybrid forum but there are no signs of life in there. so here goes.
So I'm at one of the local speed shops today, and a guy comes in and asks the owner about a JDM engine swap, the owner tells this guy that he will pass smog with a US manifold and intake.. i was like i thought JDM were no longer legal in cali. Any insight would be nice. Thanks.
