One more time-get the car aligned! You CANNOT possibly determing what if anything you need without a printout from the machine. I will agree that small drops under 1.3" will probably be close to the outer limit of the alignment spec-BUT there is no guarantee. If you can live with the tire wear that comes from NOT aligning the car, so be it. If you want correct tracking and Toe then the alignment is a must. Then and only then do you decide on kits.
Our CRX has kits from SPC up front while the rear uses longer bolts and washers. Both SPC and Ingalls have various solutions that will work well.
As an example of what to buy-we used SPC 67135 on the front of our '99 Prelude BASE. The rear kits are Ingalls 3571 and 3573. SPC also has a solution for the rear that works on both BASE and SH-the rear of ALL 5th gen's are identical in the US version of the car. Where to buy your parts is up to you-but I get mine from Ultra Performance in Tucson,AZ.
