I don't know what the compression should be. Sorry.
I'm pretty sure the compression should be around 140-150 but I'm not positive about this. that is just what my engine is (d16y7 with 110k)
Also you should disable the ignition system by unpluging the electrical plug on the distributor

I think you are supposed to crank it 6-7 times
