chances are if you guys have been with eachother for a long time, then she alreadys knows them. Your insecurities aften always show when you are with someone you care about because we all let our guard down. The best thing i can say is if your serious about being with her then let her in a little bit. Tell her some that are the most obvious while keeping the worst ones in the closet until you feel that the time is right for everything to come out.
