Hey, everyone.
I started working out 3 weeks ago, using bowflex. Then week ago my wife bought me a present (early birthday present) Mach 3 Pro Home gim. So this week I started working out every day.
I was told that I shouldn't work out every day same thing. Is it true?
How do you guys do planning? I use some of that GNC proteing shakes. But I don't know when and how much I should drink it (gal's at the store can only smile, and that's not a pretty smile either

)
Also is there a site where it shows diferent exserses that helps you build sertain parts of your body.
I'm worring more about upper body. my lower is in decent shape (3 years in row - 3-6 miles walking and runnig every single day) But now when the summer is around the corner I want to get upper in shape.
Any advise please?
