Come on now do we have a bunch of ricer people in here??? Oil still gets dirty and wears down the engine. If your going to want the whole high performance thing you cant change it every 7000 miles. Even with technology today you still should change it at around 3000 miles. I use mobil 1 and a really good filter but even at 2000 miles you can tell that its getting dirty. Plain and simple fact changing your oil every 3000 miles makes a reliable car. People with turbos on these 4 cyl really should take that into consideration b/c theyre already stressing their engine. Honda makes very good cars but 4 cyl can only withstand so much.
