Ha ha, we pulled the D-series out with just 4 guys, but your not lifting a B-series engine that high and lowering it down safely without damaging the engine or giving yourself a hernia. I'll attach a pic.

Actually, Honda engines can be removed from below, and some people swear by this method. You basically unhook everything, leave the top two engine/tranny mounts attached, set the engine down a couple of jacks, something you can roll, lift the car up high enough to clear (a real good jack and a couple of stacked 2x4 might be enough) and slide the engine out. Load the new engine onto your moving platform and slide it back under (insulate the oil pan with something from the jack's sadle). Lower the car down, lift the engine into place and your done. If your in the mood to do some work, drop the tranny off first (you should replace the clutch anyway) and it will make hauling the motor back into place easier. I've always used a hoist when I had to pull an engine, but I've dropped a few trannys off and realized how easy it would be to slide the engine under. Just something to consider.
