It's not hard, but one suggestion -- instead of using an allen wrench and open-ended wrech to take off the top, like they say here:
"Compress the spring until there is no pressure on the assembly cap. Use an allen wrench and a 12 mm open ended wrench to remove the top nut on the shock assembly. Remove the cap and slide the spring off the strut. Then uncompress the spring."
... use an impact wrench on the nut. It saves a LOT of time and phyisical energy if the nuts are seemingly frozen.
