I would say "no" to the Tokico Blues. Bakeoff had a set (or 2, I can't remember) and I know he blew more than 1 of them, although I'm not sure how. But I know he didn't hit any curbs or anything. It might have been a fat guy in a little car though...

I have AGX's and Arospeed springs. The ride is pretty stiff, and you may not like it if you spend that much time driving every day. I don't autoX or race either, but I do enjoy onramps and twisty roads...
As for the adjustability...They tend to seem bouncy at the lower settings, but that could be more of a function of my cheap-ass springs, so I dunno. You may wanna just wait and get something even better that will be more comfortable for your needs.
