Has anyone done the cam seal on a f22?

Do you need the special installer tool?

Do you need to take out the rocker girdle / cam retainers?

Do you need something to hold the cam like the honda service manual shows?

My thoughts on the process were this:

1. take of valve cover
2. take of top timing cover
3. mark cam and timing belt w/ grease pencil
4. slide off belt / remove cam gear bolt
5. remove old seal
6. put in new seal
7 re-install in reverse order, making sure that the marks on the belt/gear line up.

Honda wants $220 to do this...the damn part was $5.
