i would get one. you probably can get away with having 1-2 degrees of negative camber though. just dont forget the all important alignment afterwards, and also rotating the tires.

and if you want to adjust your camber, you need 1 set for the front, and can use shims (washers) in the rear.
I lowered my car 2 inches and went without an alignment for 3 years. No problems at all. Maybe it was something I should have done sooner, but even when I got around to getting it done, it wasn't as off as it should have been.
