The side pocket should be easy to paint. If you know how to take off your door panels, you should be able to take off those pockets and paint them back to black (or if you have the time, remove the paint that is on there now). The reason why I would rather remove the paint as opposed to painting it black it because that is a high wear and tear area. Throwing stuff in that pocket might end up chipping the black paint.

For the gauge bezel, you're probably better off getting a new one at the wrecking yard. Pull out the old piece and put in the new one. That simple.
