i am trying to decide on a new set of tires. The are going on 17 5zigen
FN01R-C. I have a 95 civic coupe with a B18C and Im putting my turbo set up on this weekend, so i want some tires that grip pretty good but are not rediculously expensive. I wanted to get the falken azenis but they are not made in the size that i need. So i am deciding between the Prada spec-2, nitto NEO-GEN (havent heard anything about them), or any other tire suggested to me. I am looking to spend around 100 give or take per tire.

also, would 215/40/17 fit or would they rub like crazy? my car is lowered 2 1/2 inches in the front and 2 inches in the back. thanks for any help given guys.
