the easiest thing to do is buy it from autodynamic. its been on sale for $40 for awhile. cutting the top bar off on it would ruin it, might as well make your own. but if your not good with body work, bondo etc.... just buy one. To modify your oem 94-95 grill, you have to cut things, bondo, sand etc... till it looks almost perfect, then add the mesh.. its a lot of work, not that hard, but patience is the key, and if done right, it will look great. But if done fast, and your full effort isnt put into it, you might as well throw it away. I bought mine off autodynamic while i was gonna be modifying the oem one, but i gave up because im happy with the autodyanmic grill, maybe one of these days ill get around to it. BTW, the modified version of the oem 94-95 grill is a lot stronger than anything you buy aftermarket.
