I'll be there with my Olympus taking pics and writing an artcle for HAN, so don't worry about it too much
The trick at NYIAS (I've been there every year since 2001), at least for my camera, is to turn contrast up, flash down slightly, and leave the flash on all the time. The lighting SUCKS everywhere but the Crystal Palace in front.
