First off... let's try some punctuation and complete sentences in your posts so that we can communicate with the fewest chances for confusion.

Secondly, a first gen ZC will bolt in, as will early integra engines. B-series engines will also "fit", but require aftermarket mounts. Any swap option is going to require you to completely change over your fuel system to EFI since your hf is carbureted, which includes the tank pickup, electric fuel pump, wiring harness, and fuel lines. You're also going to need to match up a set of axles based on the engine you choose, and what front hubs you use [you need to swap out the stock HF stuff for something with more strength].

Rather than just trying to figure out "what's easy", you really should define what your goals and budget is for the car, and how much time you're willing to devote to getting it done, because an '85 HF is not a good swap candidate if you're short on money, time, or patience.
