No.. full stiff, means you are justing the rebound..

Rebound is the resistance to the shock "Rebounding" or expanding back out, to accomodate for bumps. Therefore on full rebound the shock rebounds slower.. For street use, you want it to rebound faster to accomodate for bumps etc.

soo, you would want it on full soft.

If you autox etc. you would want to set the rears to full stiff (rebound) and the fronts to most likely 1/2 stiff (rebound.) But, that takes some testing etc.
