let me correct myself before i get flamed... the stock accord 6 gen bar is 17mm, switching to the CLS bar at 19mm (a 2mm difference) will generate between a 40%-50% increase in stiffness.

But: you can get 19mm polyurethane bushings from energy suspension (they're universal), and poly end links (if available)... and feel every last bit of stiffness increase over stock.
