i have a 98 civic ex with a d16y8 it has intake, 4-1 dc header, exhaust, aem fuel rail, b&m fuel regulator, unorthodox flywheel, act street/strip clutch.
The block has block support, arp bolt-kit for rods, arp head studs, crank grind, decked block, bore and honed block, balaced, floated rods, surfaced head .020" and srp pistons 10.5:1. some other stuff cant remember.

the problem isnt happening constantly but when i hit the gas to accelerate i will rev but suddenly bog and sound like it isnt running on all cylinders. Also getting an eradict fuel pressure on my air/fuel ratio gauge. It is not throwing any codes and has run ok on a hx ecu havent found another p2p ex ecu to try.

ANY THOUGHTS OF WHAT IS HAPPENING ANYONE?
