I don't like no-fault states simply because even if I get in an accident that isn't my fault, the insurance company knows it and can add it to my record. It may not increase premiums, but it's still on file somewhere.

At-Fault just requires you to follow the law very carefully so you don't get screwed. Get their information, their insurance, and everything else you can about them; especially if they admit fault. Immediatly call up THEIR insurance company and start a claim with them.
