well, i'd say my $45 radar/laser detector in addition to my 'spidy-sense' has served me quite well over the years

unless i'm driving my truck, i average 10+ mph over the speedlimit (20+ if i'm on a long road trip)

oh and btw, i drive the speed i feel is safe (taking into consideration road conditions and the capabilities of my vehicles)

the speed limit is for communists!
