For whatever it's worth, there are quite a few relatively OEM ITR that will bounce off the limiter in fifth.
Although you'll find a lot of people to contradict this, in my opinion the stock bodywork and suspension is borderline at those speeds, and I really wouldn't recommend it.
It takes so long for a stock ITR to hit the limiter in fifth, honestly, that I can't even think of a road course where it would be possible.
I do happen to know one ITR that will get up around 140 before the braking zone for Turn 1 at Summit Main, however. 8)
