A T3 will do well enough, enough for over 250whp tuned on a junkyard setup Scott did in tampa. Any bypass valve will be pretty quiet if you plumb it back in. Hardest thing will be hiding the IC and I wouldn't run it without an IC. Water to Air would be a PITA on a street car and painting one black will make it less visible, but not that hard to see and less efficient at the same time.

It'll still be obvious that it's boosted though and I also see no reason to hide it except maybe for theft related reasons.
