A small turbo will not keep up with massive amounts of air that a C5 can flow. You will have lag at the low end because of your proposed placement (under the car) and you will run out of flow on the top end. This whole setup defeats the purpose and function of a turbo setup. If you want a cheater set up it's a lot easier to do with nitrous oxide. YOu can hide all the plumbing on the underside of the manifold, and hide the bottle. A proper turbo system will not be possible to hide.
