yea if you leave one of the caliper slide bolts installed than yes you "could" swing it out of the way.

on the 3rd gen lude's they only have one bolt in the front. the other bolt is really a pin that allows it to swing.

i have 2 sets of 4g si calipers in my garage...if u want ill take some pics so you can see that in fact there are TWO bolts. not one bolt and a slide/hinge like the 3g.

this is a trivial argument on your part, considering there are several ways to change the brake pads without taking all of the hardware off or removing large components.

THE FACT IS:
the 4g prelude calipers DO NOT have swing bolts or hinges
but yes if your a jackass you can make an argument that "hey if i leave one caliper bolt in then i can swing the caliper off the bracket"
