Hey... I am almost done putting together an LS/VTEC with 11.5:1 compression, JE pistons, Eagle Rods, Skunk2 chipped p28 (cuz I'm OBD-1) and 330 cc injectors... What would I have to do to tune it right? would an Air/Fuel ratio meter tell me what I need to do? And if so, once I know what I need to do... How would I fix it?

Also my friend has a A/F meter that is just a little gauge that measures the A/F ratio every second or something like that... It doesn't look very precise... It's on a Celica if that makes a difference maybe Celica's Diagnostics only looks at the a/f ratio every 1 second or something.

ANY INFORMATION ON THE TOPIC of A/F Ratio is appreciated cuz I don't have a clue!!!
