Default clunking from coilovers

Hey everyone!! I dont know if this is the right forum so feel free to move if necessary. I helped a friend install a set of Dropzone struts and coilovers. The ride isnt too bad, a lot better than stock shocks with coilovers. My question is, whenever the car goes over rough road(We live where there is alot of road construction and old cobble stone roads), it sounds like the springs are banging against the sleeve that lowers the car. I can see where the spring rubs against it because some of the 'thread' is worn off. I have the rubber o-rings inbetween the sleeve and the strut itself, the rubber ring that goes between where the spring sits on the perch and the ring that goes between the strut tower cover and the spring. Did I miss a rubber o-ring somewhere? Its only on the front two struts. It has about a 2-2.5 inch drop, if that matters at all. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!!
