THere is abuse 1. simply b/c you get money back that you didn't pay in taxes. It's theft, pure and simple. Vote buying government sponsored theft. If people with children were so bad off they paid nothing in taxes but were getting that "credit" back as a free check then they are ****ing up their lives and have no one to blame but themselves. I've seen it first hand.

There is no exuse for making $10,000 or less a year if you are 1. not mentally challenged 2. are over the age of 18
