I've driven a TSX, I've driven an accord v6 6sp with $1K in suspension. The accord was roomier(if you're 5'2" the tsx is ok), more comfortable, the highway passing isn't even funny, or if the 1/4 isn't impressive then coming out of apex in the middle of 3rd gear with some torque will, in the twisties with mere set of springs, shocks, and a mild drop the accord felt FAR better than the TSX. Styling? Accord sedan versus TSX the TSX wins, but Coupe versus TSX and it's the Av6 coupe all the way. Someone mentioned navigation weighing more...I take craps that weigh more than adding navigation. The specs are identical whether it's with navi or not on both. To me, between those two, it comes down to whether you want a sedan or coupe. Sedan = TSX or TL, Coupe = Accord. Another thing to consider. The TSX is 200hp with at least 90octane, you cannot put less in it period, so think of your cost over the year. With an accord you can use 87 octane and get your 240hp or use 91 octane and get 252hp(as said by car and driver, this only pertains to 7th V6 accord). Personally I see FAR more TSXs here in san jose than I ever see accord with the little red badge, so I dont know how unique you'de be. I've seen a total of 4 accord V6 6spds(and driven one of those) since they came out. There are just as many if not more TSXs sitting in the company garage right now(I counted a quick 3 at lunch, but there's one girl out sick today that owns one so theres at least 4). If you're truely not that hung up on performance, go test drive a 325i, it eats TSXs for snacks in the twisties, and hangs pretty good in the straights, low 16s, and interior?? the tsx can't touch a bmw in that arena.

Anyhow it doesn't matter what people think, get what you want. Whatever makes you happy, it's your car, so what do you need anyone else's opinion for?
