In the post of yours I was replying to it seemd that you were saying the GT28RS is about equal to the Super 60 in power potential and is exceeded by the T3/T4.

I was pointing out that the GT28RS matches the peak efficiency of the TO4E 50 and 54 trims while providing transient response equal to or better than the T3 Super 60.
You can obviously get a big honker of a T4 for more extreme applications but that's not what is generally included in the turbo kits out there. There's a whole lot more options that are all considered a T4, as opposed to the total of exactly one compressor that qualifies as a GT28RS.
