I'm thinking about magnaflow catback?? not the race type.. the street type..

what do u guys think?? is it good?? bad?? sound.. performance.. looks.. and other stuff wise..

and for AEM cold intake..
V2? the new version or something? and does it worth 300 bucks ??
while original cold intake is 200...

also.. air bypass valve... should I get that too??

ps: if there are better products... about same price range.. tell me...
