Default Correct method to set up coil-over springs

Hello,

I have a set of Ground Control coil-over springs with Koni yellows on my 99 Civic. The ride height is near stock and I adjusted the springs by measuring all corners, keeping them as close to each other as possible. After reading some information in Grassroots Motorsports I found that to have the car balanced correctly you need to weight each corner with a scale.

Now I'm wondering what are the effects of incorrectly balanced car and who or where can I go to have the car corner balanced?

I'm also considering selling the Ground Controls because they seem a little too soft, I think 200F/180R, and going with Eibach Pro-Kit springs instead.

Thanks,
Rob
