so basically what you are saying is that the injector is not opening, how do you know that you arent recieving gas into the cylinder, did you smell for gas in the cylinder. if not take the spark plug out and do so, if you smell gas then you are getting gas. now spark plug could be anything from missed up ignition to a timing belt. check the timing on it to be sure it is on. if that isnt on then you have skipped a couple of teeth and you need a belt and to reset the timing back to stock, which is i think like 14 degrees after tdc. i may be wrong but i think that is about right. also check to be sure you havent burned up a relay. if these are all good then you need to crumble the car up and throw it away, j/k get help from someone else if these didnt hit anything out of the norm.

Whatever you do, do not retard the timing to 14 degrees ATDC. especially not on a 10 year old car that probably has over 150,000 miles on it. as far as your fuel prob. check the main fuel relay for continuity with a multimeter. If you get a reading then try changing the fuel filter. if still nothing then check if the wiring to the injectors are installed properly. if that doesn't do anything then you need to change all the injectors. I doubt that is the ECU because those usally don't go bad unless it has been modified, but you never know....
