That's not an activity over which we have dominion. Your
talking about street racing is something over which we
do have control.
I would like to know where you got this figure, and what proof you have to back it up. More people die driving home from work then they do in street races.
It is not incumbent on the owners to provide that information, although I encourage it whenever it's convenient for someone to provide it. The organisation RASR (Racers Against Street Racing) does have that information readily available.
You're not going to trap us into justifying the rules at your whim.
All you need to know is that the rule exists.
