As it was explained to me, you need to have at least a BA or BS, score high enough on the Air Force Officer Qualifying Test (AFOQT), have your profile chosen by the selection board (They look at any run in with the law, including speeding tickets and anything that might have a report on you), then complete the Officer Candidate School (OCS)... then if they accept you, you can get your commission...

Yeah... the whole president watch thing is very rational... If I were to join the military, I'd much rather have a President who's seen actual combat and knows how horrible it really is :happysad:
And my mom's the main reason why I haven't been 100% gung-ho for this. While she would be incredibly proud for me if I were to join, she doesn't want any harm to befall me...
