once again partially true officers really have no more control over their career than enlisted members, obviously they get paid more, and they are in charge. Along with that they get blames when shit don't get done and truthfully no one respects them at first. A brand new Lieutenant doesn't know shit and is in charge so everyone who knows their job hates this man being in charge of them.

Just some food for thought and clearing up of any misconceptions
