I can usually stand the fact that my head unit takes a very long time to load the track of a burned CD, but today I burned a CD and it wouldn't read it. So I got mad.

I decided to swap head units with my mom's 01 sedan. They seemed pretty compatible and her's read the CD perfectly. Unfortunately, her head unit doesn't work with my steering wheel buttons, so I swapped back.

If anybody was wondering or was gonna try this out (DX/LX to EX head unit conversion), IT DOESN'T WORK. Everything plugs in and plays fine, but you won't get the steering wheel buttons.

To make matters worse, after putting everything back together, I discovered my clock's LED is out. *sigh* -- i guess it's time for some blue LED conversions...
