Even 240 and 270 won't hit 9's in a street legal car. Erik pulled a good bit of weight out of the cra that would prohibit safe street use.

Type-R engine stock is about 165-170 whp. On stock cams with tuning and a different Intake and Header 185 whp easily do able 190 on stock cams with an exhaust as well is been done as well. The right cams and other considerations like increased compression and such will get you to 220 pretty easily. I've seen 245 NA and streetable.

THere are always better ways to do things as mentioned above . . . .
