Someone mentioned 8 bucks a rotor to get them machined ?!! hmm.. where can I get that done in Dallas...The garage I was talking too... these guys .. wanted 200 just to machine the rotors... and we werent talking pads yet.. maybe my rotors are real messed up. warped to crap or something..
And the thing is , the bozos who installed my current pads... left a clearance (sideways) between the pads and the callipers so whenever I reverse, use the brakes and use the brakes when going forward, the pads make a loud "clunk" so the pads are shifting around to and fro ..sigh.. what a mess.. serves me right.. taking my poor lude to a hack shop for a 100 buck brake job.. tsk tsk...
