I was thinking about this on the way home from work... you could also run a switch between the wire that checks to see if your clutch is depressed. You know how you have to push your clutch in so you can start your car?

Well, you could cut that wire and run it through a hidden switch. If the switch wasn't "on" or completing the circuit then even if you were pressing the clutch, the electrical system wouldn't know it. h:
