anyway forgetting about that v8 lover that doesn't know what LSD is... the K20 loves mods. my friend ran his stock RSX-S at 15.3 at the track and i've seen faster stock... he got a CAI and Greddy EVO exhaust.. THATS IT and ran a 14.6 at the track, .7 off for a CAI and exhaust? shit i wish any 4cyl engine could do that
also my other friend has a 01 civic ex with K20A swap in it with everything for N/A pretty much.. we think he's in the 12's with it.. if you Super Street guys have the November 03 issue, his car is in the Hot Import Nights part... last page: white civic, full Xennon body kit, blue seats, CF hood.. they talk about his car in the article also.
I didn't say that 4 cyl cars like the RSX don't love mods and was just making a point about NA power where it was mentioned "never seen an NA car respond so well to mods"..........ANYWAY what excuses are there? BTW as for being a V8 lover..... when the GT is in storage, seems to me a have a winter car that has an "H" on the motor which is extremely dependable.
Whether I like V8's or not, the RSX is weak down low and whether a car starts out with 30 more HP or not, it's the torque and how it pulls the gear that matters.
BTW I know exactly what LSD is except under a different name: 8.8 Traction Loc. If you're still going to flame me for confusing LSD because I wasn't familiar with the acronym then fine.
