not a big problom, but if you are a profectionist, go ahead and try to adjust the positioning of the intake, trust me its possable.
P.S.- you might want to wait on adjusting the intake until you get your bypass because if you adjust it wrong I've seen the hood scratch the finish a little if not perfect.

If your motor isn't making any disturbing noises trust me your fine. Just get that bypass on ASAP, just in case.

Bypass Installation

*mark the spot that you want it installed.(usually in the middle of the area after the third bend in the intake tube from the manifold connection.)

*measure the gap that the bypass will cause from the inside of the bypass.

*carefully mark were your 2 cuts on the intake tube will be to make up the diffence that the bypass will take up.(make sure that you mark on both the top and the bottom of the intake tube so as to keep the cut steight and level.)

*cut the tube in the 2 spots.(If you've done this right there should be a peice of the intake tube left over, dospose of it.)

*attach the bypass valve in the middle of the 2 halves of the intake piping.

*tighten it down.

*reinstall the intake.

And there you go.
