If the tire is brand new (like you've only had the tires on for a couple of days) you can probably take it back to where you bought it because it might be a defective tire. When I got my new tires a couple months ago, I had a bubble form about 2 days after they were put on, so I took them back the shop where I got them, and viola...new tire for me. nope, i got the tires used with the wheels. they have about 70% tread on them. i definitely need to replace the two fronts, it just sucks that it has to be so soon after the initial install. i literally had everything on for less than 24 hrs. could be worse i guess.
