IMHO, it's the mods fault for not sticking to the TOS. The kid with the avatar is next in line for violating the TOS and then the guy that got fired. There are not many of you that can honestly say you don't post at work or at school or somewhere where you should be doing something else and not posting here. Heck, I'm posting this message from work right now.
I trust that I'm protected by the TOS, fellow admins and all of you to follow the rules. I shouldn't have to hide avatars/sigs because everyone should be following the agreement that they checked off on when they signed up.

:yes: :yay: Very well put. I couldn't agree more. I'll be the first to admit I surf at work. There is a window right behind my computer. On the other side of that window is a hallway. Since I work in a computer lab, I'm encouraged to surf the net while at work. Of course this does not include porn. In fact, one of my co-workers was just terminated two weeks ago for looking at porn at work.
