I think its going down actually but awareness of any occurences of it happening is going up. So the incidences of it happening are more reported than before because of the intolerence for it.

Now here is an example of why your original post rubbed me the wrong way...

What if they had a Chinese history month or Mexican history month....would you feel as annoyed about it as you do about Black History month? Would the displays of cultural heritage be viewed different by you in this case?
