I assure you 3500-3800 is a known RPM for certain headers. THat said an ORM JDM 4-1 or DC JDM 4-1 lower the VTEC point to 4800. This gives you a linear curve that produces the most area under the curve. The only place I could point you is the Type-R forum at Honda-Tech where we have beat the topic to death.
